? What You’ll Do
✔️ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
✔️ Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting
✔️ Reconcile AP/AR and maintain general ledger
✔️ Perform bank reconciliations and analyze property-level income/expenses
✔️ Assist with property onboarding/offboarding
✔️ Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits
✔️ Collaborate with property managers and communicate financial results
✔️ Dive deep into ledger discrepancies and resolve variances




✔️ Pull reports, perform accruals, and reclassify transactions
? What You Bring
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
? 2+ years in a junior controller or similar role
? Experience in property management accounting (AppFolio, Yardi, MRI preferred)
? Advanced Excel skills (functions, formulas, analysis)
? Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
