Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an IT Manager for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia.

Position: IT Manager

Location: Bogota, Colombia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including firewalls, routers, servers, and storage.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs
- Manage DHCP, DNS, load balancing, and optimize network performance and scalability
- Oversee server (Windows/Linux) performance, backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity
- Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Lead IT teams, ensure 24x7 system availability, and manage incident response
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, managing budgets and resources

REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field




- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role
- Extensive experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and server management
- Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), NAT, VLANs, and network security
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
- Experience with Linux systems
- Proven ability to manage a 24x7 IT support environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), would be considered a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, would be considered a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification, would be considered a plus
