We´re looking for a detail-oriented person, who has good understanding of quality customer treatment and brand loyalty with ability to follow precise instructions.

We have for you:

Monday to Sunday schedule, two days off for you 42 productive hours.
Salary $3.500.000 + $500.000 Commission plus unique memberships for you.

Qualifications:

C1 in English.
Full time availability.
Prior experience in collections campaigns in the BPO industry
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email, Internet browsers,



and search high proficiency preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively.

About the job:

100% on-site vacancy / Bogotá
Indefinite term contract
Schedule (Sunday to Sunday 7 am to 3 am)
42 Productive hours
Salary base 3.500.000 + commission 500,000 COP + Health insurance (After three months) + Laika membership (Upon availability) + Netflix/ Spotify (Upon availability)
