Job Description
AECOM Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Specialist to join our Bogotá,
Colombia office. The successful candidate will support multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure projects across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific by providing comprehensive project controls services throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Controls Specialist will work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and Discipline Leads to establish project baselines, monitor cost and schedule performance, forecast project outcomes, and provide timely performance reporting that enables informed decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and experience with project planning, earned value management, resource planning, and performance measurement.
