Job description: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsible for handling phone calls in a professional and efficient manner. The role focuses on supporting customers with their online purchases, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with online purchases, resolving questions and issues effectively




- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and detailed solutions
- Collaborate closely with the team to maintain high service standards and meet goals

Requirements:
- C1 level of English
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in phone/email support
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to changing situations
- Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently
