Who you’ll report to:
Senior Director of Professional Services, Engagement Management, USA

Location: Remote role within Colombia

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients based in the United States and Canada, fostering trust and building strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborating with clients across the United States and Canada to understand their business needs, identify automation opportunities, and develop a clear roadmap for success
- Managing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and scoping to implementation and post-go-live support
