Position: Talent Services Account Manager(ATS)

Job description:
As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will oversee the
implementation of recruitment processes and technical solutions, while proactively managing
long-term client relationships. The idóneo candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills,
technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
 Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, maintaining consistent
communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
 Deliver tailored product training and support, adapting to each client’s unique needs.
 Oversee recruitment operations including job setup, candidate screening, and content
creation for job postings.
 Manage technical implementations of ATS and CRM platforms, providing tier-1 support and
troubleshooting.




 Analyze client data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
 Ensure compliance with relevant policies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
 Support administrative functions such as billing, documentation, and scheduling.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
Human Resources, or related field preferred.
 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or technical
implementation. Experience in recruitment or ATS platforms is a plus.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
 Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage client expectations with
professionalism.
