- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data for analytics.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, or cloud-native tools.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability.
- Design and implement semantic data models (star schema, relationships, measures, DAX calculations).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visual insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting layers.
- Optimize datasets and dashboards for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices in data modeling, version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Support the evolution of modern data platforms and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.




- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, performance tuning).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation and analysis.
- Experience with data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, star schema).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
- Experience with Python or similar languages for data processing is a plus.
- Understanding of modern data architectures (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS ).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
