In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, ensuring we attract and hire high-caliber candidates who align with our strategic goals. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will be essential in reaching both local and international talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and engage top candidates through platforms such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Deliver high-quality talent solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.





What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal — in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
