Key Responsibilities:
- Client Follow-up: Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
- Institutional Contact: Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases.
- Case Management: Effectively manage a large number of cases, ensuring that each one receives the appropriate attention.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency.
- Therapy Scheduling: Manage physical therapy scheduling and follow up with clients.
- Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic Knowledge of Medical Terms: Understand and use medical terminology relevant to cases.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure:



Remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Adaptability to Change: Be versátil and able to adapt to new circumstances and procedures.
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
