Position: Paralegal (Litigation Support)
Location: Bogotá, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Cali, Barranquilla
Modality: Hybrid (Remote and On-site position at the same time)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The idóneo candidate will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation and ensure smooth case management across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize case files across multiple jurisdictions.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Draft, format, and edit legal documents, including pleadings and discovery responses.
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and organizing exhibits.




- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Maintain high attention to detail, follow-through, and task prioritization.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in personal injury law as a Paralegal (California experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with case management software such as Clio (preferred but not required).
- Legal Knowledge: Ability to adapt to different filing processes across jurisdictions.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
