Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (CSR)
- English proficiency (C1)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
- Provide support and resolve customer inquiries regarding purchases and products
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on cases
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet service goals
