In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care by providing specialized clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals in Operating Rooms (OR) and Intensive Care Units (ICU).



You will work closely with customers to support the training, implementation, and adoption of technologies across the Core Surgical and Acute Care Monitoring portfolios, helping improve clinical outcomes and patient experiences. Operating under a FlexWork model with an assigned territory in Bogotá, you will collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to drive the safe and effective use of innovative solutions that help transform hospital care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to healthcare professionals in ICU and Operating Room (OR) settings on the proper use of Medtronic therapies and technologies
- Deliver specialized clinical support during surgical procedures and in critical care environments, ensuring the appropriate use of medical devices and contributing to improved patient outcomes
