The Revenue Operations Systems Analyst owns configuration and optimization of the CPQ (RCA) system to enable accurate, efficient, and scalable deal execution across the QTC lifecycle, driving automated approvals, pricing consistency, and improved deal velocity through system-driven governance. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Business Systems/IT, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to improve deal velocity, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Configure and maintain RCA system components, including product catalog (SKUs, bundles, attributes, and hierarchies), pricing rules, discount structures, and quote templates.




- Configure deal approval workflow routing, approval logic, and governance frameworks, including discount thresholds, deal size, complexity, and risk triggers within Salesforce RCA/CML
- Design and build reporting and dashboards using a combination of Salesforce native reporting tools/AI and PowerBI for purposes of tracking metrics and KPIs for the RevOps department
- Work with Business Systems/IT to hand off configurations of system components in order for deployment into PROD
- Enable efficient and scalable deal execution by implementing automated approval mechanisms (“green zone”) and ensuring speed, accuracy, and accountability across deal processing
- Translate business and revenue process requirements into scalable CPQ configurations and workflows aligned to Quote-to-Cash (QTC) standards and commercial KPIs
