- Handle a high volume of outbound calls to previously canceled or lost clients
- Re‑engage prospects and identify opportunities to bring them back into the pipeline




- Handle objections and confidently reposition the value of the services
- Accurately track call activity and outcomes
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified opportunities
