The Associate Quality System Specialist supports the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs). This role is responsible for executing complaint-related activities,



maintaining accurate records in quality systems, supporting audits, and collaborating with regional stakeholders and general operational teams. The position also contributes to process improvements, reporting activities, and training initiatives that strengthen the overall quality management system. Proficiency in English is required, and Portuguese language skills are preferred to support communication, documentation review, and regional collaboration.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Perform maintenance and oversight and implementation of Quality Management System Processes specifically for document control across Eurasia and Americas region in a form of centralized shared provision
- Prepare reports and/or necessary documentation and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external
- Report includes data analysis, recommendations and sugges
