This is a virtual independent contractor position, offering the freedom to manage your caseload from anywhere. You'll be instrumental in ensuring client well-being and providing invaluable support to legal teams.

What You'll Do:

As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you'll be the backbone of client support and case progression. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Advocacy: Guiding clients through every step of their case, ensuring timely communication regarding appointments and deadlines, and arranging transportation for medical treatments when necessary.



Your compassion and empathy will be key in understanding and addressing the difficulties injured individuals face.
Case Coordination: Opening and managing client files in case management software, meticulously tracking progress, and ensuring all required documents, forms, and authorizations are gathered and confirmed. This includes ordering medical records, obtaining photos, and fulfilling FOIA requests.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with law firm counterparts, insurance companies, and medical providers to facilitate smooth communication and ensure clients receive necessary legal and medical support. You'll also collaborate with Client Case Manager Auditors, addressing any identified deficiencies.
Oversight & Reporting: Managing medical requests and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules, and preparing essential reports. You'll also provide oversight on case billings, budgets, and timelines, striving for cost-effective and quality outcomes.
