ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a design leader to run and grow ATTN's retention creative team, the internal design group responsible for all creative execution across email, SMS, and direct mail.

This is a player-coach role. You'll lead and mentor a team of graphic designers who bring our retention strategy to life, and you'll keep your own hands in the work by owning creative for VIP and high-impact clients.



Your job is to raise the ceiling on our design quality while building the systems that let the rest of the team hit that bar consistently.

You'll report to our Director of Lifecycle and Retention Marketing and partner closely with our Klaviyo strategists, copywriters, and account leads to make sure creative is both on-brand and built to convert.

A portfolio is required. If you can't show us eCommerce email and lifecycle design work, this is not the right fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow the design team
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers across email, SMS, and direct mail
- Hold regular 1:1s and team syncs focused on growth, workload balance, and creative consistency
- Give clear, actionable design feedback that sharpens craft and alignment with client goals
- Build structured creative reviews and design QA processes that reinforce quality and speed
- Spot training opportunities across visual design, motion, and performance creative, and help designers build mastery
