Both employee champion and change agent, this role anticipates, assesses and delivers the required support by fostering strong professional relationships and providing tailored and impactful People solutions. The People Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while fostering a positive work environment and championing best practices.

As People Partner Manager for Colombia, you'll be the senior People presence on the ground in Bogotá.



You'll lead a team of People Professionals across People Partnering and Health & Safety, work closely with the General Manager and local leadership, and guide the local People Operations lead to ensure delivery across all areas of People Strategy.
What you will do

Business Partnering
- Coach and develop managers to lead high-performing teams and grow their people.
- Engage with managers to understand their objectives and challenges. Align our People strategies to support business goals and deliver positive outcomes.
- Become a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, Pulse Survey, promotion process and performance management.
- Support retention strategies to identify and retain top talent across Dialectica.
