A growing private real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced
Remote Real Estate Attorney
to support its expanding portfolio of retail, office, and multifamily properties across the Western United States. The adecuado candidate has strong experience in commercial real estate transactions, contract negotiation, due diligence, and legal compliance and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, and other real estate contracts.
- Provide legal guidance throughout acquisitions, dispositions, financing, refinancing, and due diligence processes.
- Review title reports, surveys, zoning matters, and land-use issues while identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, lenders, title companies, brokers, and other third-party stakeholders.
- Advise leadership on commercial real estate, corporate, and transactional legal matters.
- Support lease negotiations, amendments, renewals,



and landlord-tenant issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations.
- Assist with entity formation, corporate governance, and general contract management as needed.
- Monitor changes in real estate laws and industry regulations, providing practical legal recommendations.
- Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management alongside outside counsel when necessary.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate legal experience.
- Proven experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and due diligence.
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions, including retail, office, and multifamily assets.
- Experience supporting private investment firms, commercial real estate companies, developers, or institutional investors is preferred.
