Role Description
The Logistics Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogotá, D.C., responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities for agricultural commodity shipments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing transportation bookings, tracking shipments,



and ensuring on-time delivery in collaboration with carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring inventory and order status, and resolving operational issues to maintain service reliability and cost efficiency. The Specialist will communicate regularly with internal teams and customers to provide updates, align on shipping requirements, and ensure compliance with trade and regulatory standards. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, continuous process improvement, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced international environment.
