En Bizagi nos encontramos buscando en la búsqueda de nuestro practicante que nos apoye en soporte nivel 1, donde se encargara de todos los temas de hardware, sistemas, Microsoft 365 y todo lo operativo de soporte para cliente interno.

Responsabilidades
- Recibir y dar solución de los tickets a través de Bizagi centra.
- Recibirá tickets entre hardware como que no funciona el equipo, no tiene conexión a internet, no abren los sistemas.
- Recibirá los programas no le están corriendo o necesita un requerimiento más avanzado de maquina o temas relacionados con Microsoft 365.
