What You'll Do
- Running daily reports and assisting in maintaining accurate and detailed records of collection activities in the company’s database.
- Assist in consolidating reporting from various databases in Excel on a routine basis.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior collections staff or management.
- Assess customer accounts for high-risk factors and report findings to management, contributing to risk mitigation efforts
- Update customer accounts as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned

About You
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs.
- Strong organizational ski
