We are looking for our next
Quality Assurance (QA) Tester
, who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and stability of a regional CRM-focused project.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, usability, and security.

* Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using bug management tools such as JIRA.

* Execute regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure that new implementations do not negatively impact existing functionalities.

* Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.

* Validate software performance across different platforms, browsers, and devices.

* Document test results, incident reports, and testing coverage metrics.

* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.





* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with end users and business teams.

* Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize quality and efficiency.

Previous Experience Working with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms Such As:

* Adobe Campaign

* Salesforce Marketing Cloud

* Braze

* Microsoft Dynamics 365

* Creatio

* Iterable

* Or similar platforms.

Requirements and Profile

* Previous experience as a QA Tester or in quality assurance-related roles, ideally within software, CRM, or digital marketing environments.

* Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.

* Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including:

* Manual Testing

* Automated Testing

* Regression Testing

* Exploratory Testing

* Incident/Bug Management

* Experience managing an
