Summary of the role:

Responsible for leading the coffee sourcing and procurement strategy, ensuring the timely availability of raw materials in line with the company's commercial and operational requirements. This role focuses on developing sustainable relationships with producers, cooperatives, and strategic suppliers while optimizing costs, ensuring quality standards, and mitigating supply chain risks. The Procurement Manager works cross-functionally with Trading, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to support business growth, sustainability, and operational excellence
