he role will also involve supporting day-to-day HR management operations, assisting with talent acquisition, and facilitating a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment by posting job ads on professional networks such as Indeed and LinkedIn, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.




- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Help plan and coordinate HR events, such as training sessions, employee recognition events, and team-building activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the manager.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, and performance management.
