As a Digital-First Designer on the marketing team, you will
lead the creation and evolution of digital assets and experiences across TTEC’s web ecosystem
. This hybrid role sits between UX/UI and digital brand design, with a strong focus on delivering high-performing, visually compelling, and user-centered web experiences.



You will drive digital innovation within the brand and communications team, exploring and applying new approaches in interactivity, multimedia, and AI to elevate B2B campaign performance and web engagement.

You will be responsible for driving the continuous visual improvement of TTEC’s web presence, partnering closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless execution. This includes designing and refining key site sections, subsections, and campaign landing pages to keep experiences fresh, modern, and aligned with the brand identity. You will also create and optimize digital assets developed in collaboration with the broader marketing design team—including ads, web components, email and web banners, and social media graphics—for use across TTEC’s digital platforms and channels.
