At JA Coffee, we source and import specialty green coffee from producers around the world, working with coffee roasters across Canada and the United States. We're looking for a talented designer to help strengthen and evolve our brand across every customer touchpoint.

This is a
remote freelance/contract position
with an expected workload of approximately
60 hours per month
. We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term relationship with our team and becoming our go-to designer for all brand and marketing materials.

What you'll work on
- Weekly and promotional email campaigns
- Social media graphics and content
- Infographics and educational materials
- Sales sheets and coffee one-pagers
- Printed collateral (brochures, flyers, event materials, signage)
- Presentation decks
- Trade show and event assets
- Website and digital graphics as needed
- Other creative projects that help bring the JA Coffee brand to life

We're looking for someone who




- Has 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar creative role.
- Has experience designing for both print and digital/web applications.
- Has a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Creates clean, modern, and thoughtful designs with strong attention to detail.
- Can work within an established brand while helping evolve and strengthen it.
- Is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Communicates confidently in English, both written and spoken.
- Is comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with a remote team.
