Member Success & Referral Coordinator (Remote)About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and people-oriented Member Success & Referral Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and following up consistently. Your primary responsibility will be supporting our existing member community, generating quality referrals, and ensuring every qualified lead is prepared before appointments.

This is not a sales closing position. Your focus is creating an exceptional member experience, identifying referral opportunities, and keeping our pipeline organized.

Key ResponsibilitiesMember Follow-Up
- Build and maintain relationships with existing Terra members.
- Check in regularly to ensure members are having a positive experience.
- Identify members who may be willing to refer friends, family, neighbors, or coworkers.

Referral Generation
- Collect referrals from satisfied members in a natural, relationship-focused manner.
- Gather important information including:
- Full name
- Phone number




- Homeowner status
- Utility provider
- Estimated monthly electric bill or usage (when available)
- Reason they may be interested

Appointment Coordination
- Schedule qualified appointments with homeowners.
- Ensure each homeowner understands:
- Why they are meeting with us
- What will be discussed
- What to expect during the appointment

Manager Coordination
- Submit qualified referrals to the manager for review.
- Coordinate any information needed to:
- Validate the property
- Build the system
- Prepare documentation before the appointment

CRM & Pipeline Management
- Keep all conversations accurately documented.
- Update notes daily, including:
- Follow-up dates
- Lead status
- Hot leads
- Cold leads
- No answers
- Confirmed appointments
- Tasks requiring attention

Daily Reporting

At the end of each workday, provide a summary including:
- Calls made
- Text messages sent
- Members contact
