Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC is seeking a bilingual Interpreter - Translator to join our remote team. This role is essential in providing accurate and culturally appropriate translations of legal documents and facilitating verbal communication between Spanish-speaking clients and the legal team. The adecuado candidate will have strong attention to detail, legal knowledge, and excellent linguistic skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

· Translate legal documents such as affidavits, contracts, court documents, and immigration forms from Spanish to English and vice versa.

· Ensure accuracy and consistency of legal terminology in both languages.

· Provide interpretation services during client meetings and legal proceedings.

· Facilitate effective communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

· Proofread and edit translated documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and coherence.

· Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive legal information.

· Collaborate with attorneys,



paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless bilingual communication.

Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation and interpretation (Spanish-English).

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal documents with discretion.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a remote legal team.

· Must have reliable internet, phone and computer resources

· Must be available from 9am-6pm
