Key Responsibilities
Country Leadership & Business Growth
- Establish and scale engineering operations and delivery capabilities in Colombia
- Drive execution of regional and integral engineering strategies, with a focus on accelerating growth and innovation




- Lead and oversee all client-facing engineering and engagement leaders within the location
- Partner with commercial and delivery teams to support account growth and client expansion
- Champion the positioning and visibility of the Colombia engineering hub within the broader organization
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Contribute to strengthening the organization's competitiveness and market positioning

Talent Strategy & Organizational Development
- Lead the growth of the engineering workforce, including hiring, onboarding, and capability development
- Build and develop leadership pipelines by identifying, mentoring, and promoting future leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement strategies for: Talent acquisition and retention Employee engagement and culture Workforce development and upskilling Continu
