YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IMPACT
- Own the litigation files
— Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, legal correspondence, case summaries, and other litigation documents attorneys can rely on.
- Drive case preparation
— Organize evidence, manage case files, review records, coordinate deadlines, and support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process.
- Support discovery and research
— Assist with document review, discovery organization, legal research, case law review, and preparation of exhibits, witness materials, and trial documents.
- Bridge communication
— Communicate professionally in English and Spanish with clients, attorneys, court staff, opposing counsel, and internal teams when needed.

YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE…




- Full professional fluency in English AND Spanish — written and verbal, no exceptions.
- Real experience as a litigation paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, or legal support professional.
- Strong legal drafting skills with attention to formatting, accuracy, deadlines, and detail.
- Experience supporting litigation matters, including pleadings, motions, discovery, records review, case management, and trial preparation.
- The ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and attorney requests in a fast-paced environment.
- The discipline to work independently, communicate proactively, and stay organized in a fully remote setup.
- Bonus: familiarity with U.S. litigation processes, court filings, discovery procedures, and legal software tools such as Clio, MyCase, Filevine, Lawmatics, Litify, PracticePanther, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
