The MDM Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across TMF Group systems and processes. This role supports the organization's Master Data Management (MDM) framework by ensuring customer, supplier, worker,



and other master data records are created, maintained, and governed according to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

The MDM Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to review requests, resolve data issues, ensure compliance with master data governance requirements, and contribute to continuous process improvements that support operational efficiency and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management
- Maintain customer, supplier, worker, and other master data within designated systems and tools.
- Review and validate master data requests, approvals, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Create, update, modify, and deactivate master data records in accordance with business requirements and governance policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of master data requests while adhering to service level
