Medical Payment Posting Specialist
to join our Revenue Cycle team and help ensure the accurate processing of healthcare payments and financial records.
? What you'll do
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately across multiple systems
- Process adjustments, refunds, and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial documentation and payment records
- Support daily balancing and revenue reconciliation activities
- Generate reports using Excel and contribute to revenue accuracy
- Help maintain audit-ready financial records
? What we're looking for
- Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- At least 6 months of experience in medical billing, payment posting, or healthcare finance
- Knowledge of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience working with Excel and financial reports
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- English B2+ preferred
