Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven
Bilingual Legal Intake Coordinator
to manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for a growing criminal defense and personal injury law firm. In this role, you will act as the primary client liaison, conducting initial screenings, qualifying prospective leads, and collecting necessary legal documentation using the
MyCase platform
. Operating as a core revenue driver, you will build strong relationships with clients while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, ABA, and state bar confidentiality regulations.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, (McDonough, GA) with 1 hour unpaid/paid break

Responsibilities:
- Actively follow up on inbound inquiries and prospect leads to pitch services, overcome objections, and meet firm sales goals.
- Conduct initial consultations and case screenings to determine eligibility and fit for personal injury or criminal defense services.
- Schedule and lead onboarding meetings between clients and attorneys to ensure a seamless transition into the firm.
- Collect, verify,



and organize essential client records, including identification, injury photos, and evidence.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all sales activities, intake pipelines, and client data within the
MyCase
CRM platform.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for prospective clients and their families, answering case-related questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Securely handle sensitive information in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations, ABA standards, and Georgia State Bar rules.
- Keep management informed by preparing and submitting daily call logs, weekly work plans, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-driven legal intake, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Hands-on experience with Legal Case Management software (specifically
MyCase
) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspac
