POSITION

We are looking for a People & Operations Analyst for a temporary replacement under a 2.5-month fixed-term contract, working in a hybrid model based out of Medellín, Colombia (requiring 1 day a week in the office).

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the fluidity of our administrative processes, documenting, organizing, and executing critical tasks that keep the team focused and aligned. We are a Custom App Development company with a deeply collaborative culture oriented toward the well-being of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative and document management: Create, organize, and maintain updated employee and contractor records, ensuring total data integrity.
- Contractual management: prepare contracts and operational legal documents,



which requires high administrative precision.
- Reports and inventories: elaborate periodic area reports and manage inventory control for administrative assets and supplies.
- Process documentation: standardize and write internal procedures under your responsibility to guarantee operational continuity.
- Cross-functional support: actively participate in activities, disclosure, and internal promotion of the People & Operations area.
- General support: manage affiliations, personnel procedures, travel logistics, corporate event organization, and internal communications.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, document management, or support within HR areas.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Google Suite/Office) and a strong capacity for data management.
- B1 English level with a functional communication capacity.
