Role Description
The Early Childhood Educator will design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing lesson plans, creating engaging classroom activities, managing the learning environment, and monitoring student progress. The educator will collaborate with colleagues, communicate regularly with families,



and integrate creative and bilingual approaches aligned with the school’s Christian values and holistic mission. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chia, Cundinamarca, requiring presence on campus for classroom instruction, meetings, and school events.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Early Childhood Development knowledge and experience working with children in educational settings.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and the ability to design engaging, artistic, and play-based learning activities.
- Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills and Organization Skills to build positive relationships, manage classrooms, and maintain effective planning and documentation.
- Relevant teaching certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
