Financial Counselor
to join our team and make a meaningful impact by supporting patients and their families in a specialized U.S. healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

? Review each patient's financial situation and develop personalized financial assistance and payment plans based on their individual circumstances.

? Collect required deposits from patients and their representatives while assisting with financial agreements and payment arrangements.

? Guide patients and families through available financial assistance programs, including federal, state, local, and charitable resources.

? Monitor existing payment plans to ensure they are processed correctly and remain in good standing.

? Contact patients regarding past-due or breached financial agreements, including failed payments, expired credit cards, payment reauthorizations, and returned checks, while providing solutions to help them remain compliant.





? Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all financial interactions and agreements.

? Deliver compassionate, high-quality customer service while handling sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

✔ Experience working in
collections agencies, financial advisory services, healthcare financial counseling, or similar customer-facing financial environments serving the U.S. market.

✔
Previous experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle (RCM)
is highly desirable.

✔
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
with the ability to confidently communicate with U.S.-based patients and colleagues, participate in meetings, and maintain professional documentation.

✔ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organ
