Job Summary
The Insurance Trainee position is designed for individuals interested in building a career in the U.S. insurance industry through a structured training program. This role provides hands-on training in insurance operations, customer service, policy management, and administrative processes before being assigned to support one of our U.S.-based insurance agency clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Training & Learning: Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and exercises. Learn insurance concepts, terminology, and workflows.
- Customer Service Support: Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in English and Spanish. Document interactions accurately.
- Policy & Administrative Support: Support servicing tasks such as payments, documentation collection, and policy updates. Assist with renewals and endorsements.




- Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with trainers and team members, escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Quality & Compliance: Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism.

Qualifications
- Advanced English level (B2+).
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
