Procurement Specialist
to join our team and play a key role in supporting procurement operations, supplier relationships, and process improvements across the organization.

What You'll Do

? Manage vendor onboarding, background checks, and supplier verifications.

? Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requests, purchase order (PO) creation, and vendor communications through
Coupa
.

? Evaluate and select suppliers by assessing pricing, quality, delivery performance, reliability, and overall alignment with business needs.

? Support contract administration, including contract reviews, renewals, compliance monitoring, and supplier documentation.





? Develop and support procurement strategies that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

? Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and market trends to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

? Monitor inventory levels and purchasing demand to help prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory.

? Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement operations.

? Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies, assist with PO closures for accruals, and support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.

? Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and user support for procurement processes while helping drive adoption of procurement tools and best practices.

? Identify potential supply chain risks, including supplier performance and market fluctuations, and collaborate with the Procurement team on mitigation strategies.
