Bilingual Paralegal (English - Russian)

Part-time – Remote

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Bilingual Paralegal to

support our growing immigration law practice. In this part-time role, you will work closely

with the lead attorney to manage a variety of legal administrative and case-handling

tasks. The idóneo candidate has deep foundational knowledge of U.S. immigration law,

possesses exceptional legal drafting skills, and is fully fluent in both English and Russian

to effectively communicate with clients and process legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- *Legal Research & Drafting:*
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal briefs, motions, petitions, and application packages.
- *Case Management & Support:*
Organize, maintain, and update case files securely within Google Drive and cloud-based legal software.
- *Bilingual Communication:*
Review and translate Russian evidence, documents, and client communications into professional English, ensuring absolute accuracy for official submissions.




- *Client Engagement:*
Serve as a proactive point of contact for international clients, collecting missing documentation, explaining next steps, and providing case updates.
- *Administrative Coordination:*
Track case deadlines, manage filings, and collaborate closely with the attorney during the daily morning shift (EST) to keep the pipeline moving seamlessly.

Requirements
- *Language Fluency:*
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian (bilingual proficiency required).
- *Experience:*
1+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with a strong background specifically in U.S. immigration law.
- *Technical Skills:*
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (specifically Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets) and familiarity with remote communication tools.
- *Legal Writing Skills:*
Proven capability to write structured legal briefs and draft complex motions under minimal sup
