About the Role

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to join our team in
Colombia
.

Requirements

Education:
- Undergraduate student in the final semesters (6th to 10th) or a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Work Experience:
- At least
one year of experience
in a similar role.

Languages:
- English:
B2 level or higher
- Portuguese and/or French are a plus.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Software development knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects with clients.
- Plan project activities, timelines, and resources.
- Communicate project progress and status updates.
- Support testing activities and validate project deliverables.




- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and key project documentation.
- Respond to technical and functional inquiries.
- Train users on platforms and systems.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with established processes.
- Coordinate the project team and support project decision-making.

Preferred Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Agile certifications.
- Leadership skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
