Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the consulting arm of Visa, is a global team of industry experts in strategy, marketing, operations, risk, and economics consulting.
Intelligence & Data Solutions (IDS) is a team under Visa Consulting & Analytics – Data Science is a multidisciplinary group responsible for designing scalable data solutions, developing machine learning use cases, enabling AI-driven workflows,
and aligning analytics initiatives with business outcomes across Latin America and the Caribbean.
We are currently undergoing a transformation toward an AI-native delivery model, leveraging Generative AI and agent-based workflows to reduce operational effort and accelerate value creation.
We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on professional with strong experience in Generative AI and agentic workflows, who can apply these capabilities to improve how we build, automate, and scale data solutions.
The adecuado candidate is someone who already uses GenAI tools in their day-to-day work to accelerate development, automate repetitive processes and improve solution quality and speed
