Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Management:
Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs
Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures




Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries
Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases
Multi-Tasking:
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone
Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly
Document Management:
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards
Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals
Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression
Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents
