Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within business analysis, project management, and digital environments. The mission of this role will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and define solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a fast‑paced, global production model.
This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, contributing to process improvements, business efficiency,



and the execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Contribute to proposal development, including documentation, estimates, risks, assumptions, and schedules based on client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives and project requirements.
Strong profile in documentation processes and requirements gathering.
Support Product Owners/Project Managers in defining project scope, as well as identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.
Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders and team members.
Conduct thorough business analysis to define scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Analyze business processes, data flows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and increase efficiency.
Ensure business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
