Overview
In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual production projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in production workflows, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination within dynamic agency environments
Responsibilities




Review and scope brief requests to determine the resources required for audiovisual production.
Identify and coordinate the appropriate internal and external talent based on the requirements of each creative concept.
Prepare, control, and manage approved project budgets in accordance with the requirements defined for each production.
Oversee and monitor post-production projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time.
Manage and oversee vendor creation and setup in the Advertmind system.
Plan and coordinate the full pre-production process to ensure all requirements derived from the creative concept are properly addressed.
Develop and monitor project timelines in line with production needs and delivery schedules.
Ensure approved projects are created and tracked in Advertmind.
Follow up on vendor onboarding and payment processes for all vendors involved in each project.
