Overview
The Motion Designer is responsible for producing motion graphics and animations across a variety of media, including animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and more. The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of how content performs across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and can deliver polished work under tight timelines. They hold themselves to a high standard,



integrate into a team naturally, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every project.
Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaigns
Create animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elements
Develop static design mockups for approval before moving into animation
Build After Effects templates for repeatable production use
Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects ensuring work meets creative expectations
Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines
Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews
Use AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising the quality of the final output
Qualifications
1–3 years of motion design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house team
Expert in After Effects, including MOGRT template creation
Proficient in Phot
