Overview
The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for producing and elevating motion graphics and animations across a wide range of media, including animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and more. The idóneo candidate brings expert-level craft to design and animation, and a deep understanding of how content performs across platforms. They can navigate brand hierarchies with confidence,



helping to raise the bar for the team around them. They hold themselves to a high standard, integrate into a team naturally, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every project.
Responsibilities
Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaigns
Create polished animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elements with close attention to timing, composition, and detail
Develop static design mockups for approval before moving into animation
Build and maintain After Effects templates for repeatable production use
Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects, ensuring all work meets creative and brand standards
Lead and mentor junior motion designers, providing guidance on craft, workflow, and creative problem-solving
Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines
