Overview
At Publicis Production - Bogotá Colombia, we are looking for a Creative QA Analyst to strengthen our creative QA team and ensure the highest quality standards in the delivery of our assets.
The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring that all creative materials comply with brand guidelines, legal, technical,



and user experience requirements before going into production or publication.
Responsibilities
End‑to‑end creative QA execution, including daily review of banners, social assets, emails, landing pages, and videos, validating formats, file sizes, versions, and channel adaptations, and ensuring visual and copy consistency across all assets.
Execution of QA checklists focused on brand, content and copy, legal and compliance, as well as functional, technical, and visual validations.
Channel‑specific QA covering email, display and OLA, social, video, and print assets.
Issue management through bug documentation and validation of fixes.
Ongoing documentation and reporting, keeping QA checklists and quality reports up to date.
Continuous improvement approach, with a final quality control checkpoint and process optimization.
Qualifications
Designer degree, Technical or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of experience in creative QA.
