Overview
In Publicis Groupe / PXP - Bogotá, we are seeking a Creative Director with 2 to 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, advertising and marketing agencies. Your mission is to provide artistic and conceptual direction for advertising campaigns across various brands.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and development of innovative and strategic concepts,



ensuring alignment with the client's brand vision and values.
Direct and supervise creative teams, providing guidance and ensuring project delivery.
Manage briefs for follow-up and execution.
Oversee and track creative projects, ensuring alignment with the requirements of assigned accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to integrate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work.
Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.
Qualifications
Skills in customer service, analysis, organization, negotiation, and project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
Experience in creating internationally recognized award-winning campaigns, preferably with awards from festivals such as Cannes Lions.
Knowledge of project management tools such as COR, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
